Most likely, it’s a tumor or an abcess, both of which are common. Mammary tumors are extremely common in females. I recommend seeing a vet to figure out what is what. They’re very easy to remove, and relatively cheap as well. I have had them removed for as low as $75.  However, most people pay quite a bit more.
