How To Post a Tribute

Welcome to Fat Rat Central’s Memorial.

To post a tribute, follow these easy steps:

  1. Quickly register with the Memorial (don’t worry–it’s free and you won’t get spammed). You can follow the link above, which will open in a new window, or you can find the link to register under “Links” on any page of the Memorial.
  2. Check your email for your password, then login using your name and password. If you’d like, you can fill out your profile (the first thing you see when you sign in), but it’s optional.
  3. At the top left of the screen you see after you login, you see four menu items: “Dashboard,” “Write,” “Manage,” and “Profile.” Click on “Write.”
  4. Write a title for your Tribute, preferably like this:
    Sally: June 1, 1999 - August 8, 2002.
  5. Write the body of your Tribute under “Post.” If you know html and would like to include an image, you are allowed to do so.
  6. When you are finished, click the “Save” button. Your tribute will not automatically show up on the Memorial, because I have to approve it first. This prevents spam on our memorial.
