I am going to find a local vet but in the mean time what can I do? I am not sure if it is an infection or if the other rat that is in there is hurting him, which I don't think is the case. I know that part of it is infection, thus the antibiotic.Just make sure that the cream does Not smell at all of anything, and it friendly to animals. I hope that helps.
